1Where are we based in?

We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2Where do we ship?

Currently ship to all states within Malaysia, Singapore and other Asia countries. 

3What can I do after receiving 3 "No-no" warnings?

You can use your BFTL points to buy a 忘れん棒 that
can makes us forget your previous “No-no” behavior.

Each 忘れん棒 costs 200 points and can be redeemed in the Point Shop.

4What happens if I order both ready-stock and pre-order items together?

When your order includes both Ready-Stock and Pre-Order items, we’ll ship the Ready-Stock first.

Pre-Order items will be sent later once they’re ready. Since it’s two shipments, postage will be charged separately.

One now, and one when the Pre-Order is ready to go.

5How do I use my coupon in my purchase?

At checkout, select "Coupon" and click on the one you'd like to use.

Coupons can be redeemed in the Point Shop using the BFTL points you earn from your orders.

Please note that only one coupon can be used per order.

 

6How do I check my order status?

You can login your account and go to "My Account" > "My Orders" to view your Orders.

7How long will it take to ship ready-stock items?

All ready-stock items will be shipped within 5 working days.

8I want to cancel my order

Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds.If you insist to cancel your order, no refund will be provided.

9I don’t like the gift I received. Can I return it or ask for an exchange?

No, gifts are usually prepared and given randomly. Some gifts may come directly from the product artist you purchased from. They are a small token of appreciation for your support and are not eligible for return or exchange

10After-Sales Service

Please contact us within two days of receiving your parcel.

Don't forget to record a full unboxing video starting from the moment you open the courier package.
This will serve as important evidence if we need to help you resolve any issues with the artist or seller.

11Item Defects, Missing Parts, or Quality Issues

If you receive an item with defects, missing parts, or quality issues, please contact us within two days of receiving your parcel along with a full unboxing video.

We will do our best to advocate for your rights with the artist or seller!

Group Order FAQ

1I want to edit my Group Order

Please contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to change before the Group Order (GO) period ends.

If it's still possible, we’ll update it for you!

2Balance Payment

We’ll notify you via Email when your balance payment is ready.

You can also check the "Balance Payment Announcement" on the homepage for updates.

3Payment Due Date for Group Orders Balance Payment

Payment must be made within 10 days once the balance payment is released.

If you need a little extra time, simply drop us a message, and we'll be happy to discuss it further!

4What happens if I don’t pay on time without prior notice?

Your order will be forfeited, and you’ll be marked as a no-show.

For balance payments, we may hold your item to cover the loss, and no refund will be given.

We’ll send you a reminder after the payment due date. If we don’t receive your payment within 2 days after that, you’ll get a “No-no” warning email.

Collecting 3 “No-no” warnings will cause your account to be temporarily locked for 100 days, during which you will not be able to place any orders.

5I want to cancel my Group Order

Please note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds.
If you still choose to cancel your Group Order, no refund will be provided.

BFTL Points

1What is a BFTL Point?

BFTL Points are reward points you earn when you successfully place an order with us.

You’ll also receive 50 bonus points during your birthday!

For every RM100 spent, you’ll earn 10 points. You can redeem these points for coupons and other useful items in the Point Shop.

2If I cancel or refund an order, will my points be deducted?

Yes, all refunds will only return the actual amount paid. Any points earned from the order will be deducted.

Points used in that order will also not be returned.

3If I cancel or refund an order, will my vouchers be returned?

No, any points or vouchers used will not be returned.

Payment Guide

1What payment methods do we offer?

We offer FPX payment and Manual Payment.

FPX comes with a RM1.50 gateway fee.
Manual Payment is completely free, though it does require a few extra steps.

2How does Manual Payment work?

Select "Manual Payment" at checkout, and you’ll receive an email from us.

The email will include simple steps to complete your payment. Once done, reply to the email with your payment screenshot, and that’s it!

3Can I do layaway?

We currently don’t offer any layaway plans.

However, if you need a little more time to make your payment, just drop us a message and we can always discuss!

About Shipment

1Where do we ship?

Currently ship to all states within Malaysia, Singapore and other Asia countries. 

2Which courier company do we use?

We don’t stick to one courier service, but if you have a preference, just let us know!

3How do I change my shipping details, after I have placed my order?

If you need to modify your address, please email us with your Order Number before the tracking number is issued.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4Customs Duties & Taxes

We’ll mark down the parcel value to help reduce the chances of tax charges.

Still, if any taxes do apply, they’ll be the buyer’s responsibility.

5Can I COD my orders?

Yes, you can.

But only within the KL area. You're also welcome to arrange a Lalamove or Grab to pick up your items.
Just drop us a message after placing your order, and we’ll guide you through the next steps!

6Overseas Shipping Fee

The world’s a big place, and listing every country would turn our page into a 30cm-thick dictionary.
If your country isn’t listed, just drop us a message, we’ll send you a shipping quote and available options.

Return and Refund Policy

1Can I request a refund or return after purchasing?

Sorry, we don’t accept refunds or returns after a purchase is made.

If you still choose to return the product, please note that no refund or compensation will be provided.

2Can I request a return or refund if I receive the wrong item?

Yes, you can.
If we made a mistake, we’ll take full responsibility and make it right!

3Do I need to bear the shipping cost when returning an item?

Yes. If you are returning an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

For higher-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Buy First Think Later is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit. No refunds or compensation will be provided if the returned item is lost, arrives in unacceptable condition, or is not received at all.

4Minor Defects, Blemishes, and Imperfections

Please note that most of the items are handmade, so minor defects, blemishes, or imperfections may occur as part of the normal crafting process.
We do not accept claims related to these minor issues. Thanks for your understanding!
